Today, year 6 revised numbers 1-60. They learnt that numbers in French especially from 70 to 100 are a little different to English, namely 71 is sixty and eleven; 93 is eighty and 13 and 80 is 4 20s.The children then had a go at ordering numbers from 71 – 80 and 91 to 100 in preparation for learning how to say the year in French.
